Cheryl joined the CBG team in 2024. Cheryl has been a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Diabetes Care and Education specialist for over 30 years. For the past 17 years, she led a diabetes and nutrition program in a large multi-site physician practice, a Northside Hospital network provider.
Her expertise is weight management, diabetes education and management, GI disorders, and chronic disease prevention and management (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, cancer or pre-Diabetes).
Cheryl Hampton Bohm
Client Services Account Manager
Cheryl Hampton Bohm is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Business Administration.
She also holds a MBA from The University of Kansas. Cheryl has worked in several industries including consulting, lighting, and equipment manufacturing. She has worked with The Cohen Benefits Group since 2021 where she manages quotations for The Cohen Benefits Group and assists with customer service.
Patsy Serret
Client Services
Patsy Serret is a 1985 graduate of Georgia State University where she received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She began her professional career in 1982 working for a top 10 Atlanta Law Firm. Patsy
brings a unique background working for: large and small, profit and not-for-profit, manufacturing and medical device corporations throughout her career.
Before joining The Cohen Benefits Group, Patsy enjoyed 30+ years of Human Resources experience including: Management, Benefits Administration, strategic planning, Recruiting, Health and Welfare
Benefits, 401(k) Plan Audits, Employee Relations, Management Training and Development, Workers Comp and Mergers and Acquisitions. Patsy also has skills in labor and employment law. Her responsibilities have
included, Human Resources Policy & Procedure, Compensation, HRIS Systems, Performance Systems, Recognition & Reward Plans, Diversity Practices and HIPAA Compliance. Patsy maintains an active membership in both the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and SHRM Atlanta.
Patsy is originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, and uses her Spanish skills to assist with Open Enrollments. Her interpersonal skills help ease any benefit transitions and/or changes in our organization.
Chaz Cone
Information Technology Manager
Chaz joined the CBG team recently to manage and improve our presence on the internet. After a 22 year career at IBM and thirteen years as CEO and Chief Scientist for his software company, Chaz turned his attention to website creation. He created his first site in 1993 when there were only 130 websites in the world.
He has taken on the "visuals" of The Cohen Benefits Group to ensure that the site is user-friendly, quick, easy to use. and complete.
