Robert Cohen, VP of Sales and Marketing
Robert has nearly 40 years experience in the insurance business. He is an expert at finding excess costs in insurance contracts and renegotiating the costs for his clients. Robert is a frequent speaker on “Negotiating and Reducing Health Care Costs” for the Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM) at the local and national levels. He has spoken in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Boston, Atlanta, New York, Miami, Chicago, and Houston. He has also been a featured speaker at the Health & Welfare Conference for the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Prior to starting his career in the insurance business, Robert lived in Germany for over two years as an auditor and has traveled Europe extensively. He has worked with international markets in the U.S. for over 30 years. Robert utilizes his auditing background to find the excess cost in insurance contracts and to renegotiate the cost.
Allan Richmond, FSA
Allan has over 35 years of experience working with retirement plans at the Vice President level and as a member of the Board of Directors of a major insurance company. Prior to Cohen Benefits Group, Allan served as vice president and member of the board of directors of Sun America for 17 years. He also served as vice president for 18 years with T. Rowe Price at their headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
